Returns & Refunds

Should you need to return a product to us it is usually not a problem, we do however have some policies regarding returns that must be noted:

- In order for an item to be returned for credit or refund the item must be returned in the original unopened packaging in new condition within 30 days of purchase along with dated proof of purchase from this website. Items that have been used or altered will not be accepted for returns. For items that have been purchased through dealers, please return to your local dealer to handle warranty / return issues.

- Please keep your receipt for proof of purchase date.

- The nature of extruding plastic dictates that there will be a plus / minus 10-30 grain weight variance, and up to plus / minus three foot variance of total head length on all models of fly lines. This is normal for all fly line manufacturers and is therefore not considered a manufacturers defect.
 

shipping

We use a flat rate shipping system in continental North America. $15 for Canada and $20 for the continental USA. We will contact overseas customers with a shipping quote before shipping a purchased item.
