Extra strong tip sections that resist surrender to line and water tension are utilized in each model to increase both casting feel and power across the board, while powerful butt sections incorporated into the framework of each Equinox rod contain the power to deliver positive line turnover at all ranges, including extreme distances when the occasion presents itself.

Thoughtfully designed upper and lower grips shaped from AAA Flor grade cork fit comfortably in the hands while allowing the nuance of each rods unique flex profile to be experienced through the rod handle. An extra long down-locking reel seat accommodates a range of pre war as well as modern reel feet helping to balance reels against the weight and length of each rod model. K style stripping guides can be found on the lower reaches of the blank helping to avoid tangles as line shoots through.
